As Assistant Manager, you will report directly to the shop manager and assist with all operations to include preparing of staff schedules, marketing new products, reporting sales and tracking inventory as directed. You will be responsible for ensuring that quality customer service is provided to all visitors and coaching employees on proper customer service standards. You will assist the store manager in developing, mentoring and training teens participating in the shop’s training program. You will have the opportunity to help oversee all compliance and safety standards, ensuring proper integration into the workplace. Qualified candidates must be willing to work 24-29 hours a week and work a flexible schedule that may include weekends and holidays.
