As a precautionary measure, Ben & Jerry’s is temporarily suspending its guest operations at the Waterbury, VT factory tour location effective March 13 due to health and safety concerns related to COVID-19.

Flavor Graveyard at the Ben & Jerry's Waterbury FactoryA visit to the factory is a great activity for all ages, whether you have time to take the factory tour or only enough to stretch your legs, pick up a milkshake, and get back on the road. During the warmer months, enjoy our picnic and playground areas or simply pull up an Adirondack chair and take in a view of the Worcester Mountain range.  Cap off your visit with a walk through the Flavor Graveyard where you can pay your respects to our dearly de-pinted flavors.

  • We are located at 1281 Waterbury-Stowe Road  Waterbury, VT 05676

We’re open for visits every day of the year except Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Day. We recommend planning to spend anywhere from 1 hour and 15 minutes to 3 hours onsite during your visit, depending on how much euphoria you can handle! The factory tour takes 30 minutes, but make sure to save time for browsing our gift shop, grabbing a cone at the onsite Scoop Shop, visiting the Flavor Graveyard, and taking a photo or two.
