Chocolate Chip Cookie Ice Cream Pie


  1. Step 1

    Prepare an 8-inch springform pan by placing a round of parchment on the bottom and a 2-inch strip around the sides. Press the cookie dough together into the bottom and up the sides of the prepared pan to create the crust.

    Spread softened Ben & Jerry’s Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough ice cream into an even layer over the cookie dough crust. Freeze for at least 2 hours or until firm.

  3. Step 3

    Meanwhile, following the directions on the packaging, bake the remaining chocolate chip cookie dough. Let cool on the pan for 5 minutes. Carefully cut the cookies in half or quarters while still warm. Place on a wire rack to cool completely.

  4. Step 4

    When the pie is firm, decorate with the whipped cream, chocolate cookie pieces, and mini chocolate chips.
