- Total Yield:
- 1 cup of topping
- 1 cup raw cane sugar
- 2/3 cup of water
- 1 pint of Ben & Jerry's Crème Brûlée Cookie Non-Dairy
Gather all ingredients. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silpat mat. Place the sugar and water in an 8 cup measuring cup and stir to combine. Microwave on high for 10 minutes, then continue microwaving in 30 second increments (do not stir) until the mixture is very bubbly, a golden amber color, and between 340°F and 350°F.
Carefully remove from the microwave using a pot holder (the mixture will be very hot) and quickly pour onto the prepared baking sheet. Very carefully tilt the baking sheet to spread the mixture into an even layer. Let cool 10 minutes or until hardened.
Using a mallet or the back of a spoon, carefully break the hardened topping into pieces.
Scoop Ben & Jerry's Crème Brûlée Cookie Non-Dairy into a bowl and top with the Crème Brûlée Smash topping. Enjoy!
