Snickerdoodle Ice Cream Sammies
INGREDIENTS
- 8 4-inch snickerdoodle or sugar cookies (or two for each sammy)
- 1 pint of Ben & Jerry’s Cinnamon Buns ice cream

Gather all ingredients. Chill the cookies.

With a large serrated knife, slice the Ben & Jerry’s pint horizontally, making 4 perfect circles of ice cream.

Place a pint slice on one cookie and top with a second cookie.

Carefully peel off pint packaging.

Gently press the layers together. Repeat process to make 4 sammies.
