Snickerdoodle Ice Cream Sammies


  • 8 4-inch snickerdoodle or sugar cookies (or two for each sammy)
  • 1 pint of Ben & Jerry’s Cinnamon Buns ice cream
  1. Step 1

    Gather all ingredients. Chill the cookies.

  2. Step 2

    With a large serrated knife, slice the Ben & Jerry’s pint horizontally, making 4 perfect circles of ice cream.

  3. Step 3

    Place a pint slice on one cookie and top with a second cookie.

  4. Step 4

    Carefully peel off pint packaging.

  5. Step 5

    Gently press the layers together. Repeat process to make 4 sammies.
