Ben & Jerry’s Fort Collins offers in-shop birthday parties!

Our parties are fun, easy, and unforgettable. Here’s a quick look at what we offer—reach out anytime to book or ask questions.

Party Details

  • When: Daily, 10:00–11:30 AM

  • Ages: 6–12

    • Additional fee for those under 6.

  • Price: $295 for up to 10 kids

    • $14.95 per additional child (max 12)

Party Options

  1. Decorate Your Own Mini Cake Party
    Games, shop tour with tastings, ice cream making, and decorate a mini cake with toppings.

  2. Make Your Own Sundae Party
    Games, shop tour with tastings, make ice cream and waffle cones, then build sundaes at the toppings bar.

All parties include drinks, paper goods, supplies, and goodie bags with a Ben & Jerry’s coupons, and more. Younger kids can enjoy story time and coloring sheets.

Deluxe Cookie Sandwich Party · $8.50
Level up your cookie sandwiches with your choice of toppings to roll each cookie sandwich in!

Cup or Cone Party  -  $7.00 per serving

We’ll scoop 3 of your favorite flavors of ice cream, non dairy or sorbet into cups or cones. Set up, clean up, spoons, and napkins are provided!

Sundae Party  -  $8.00 per serving

Choose 3 of your favorite flavors, and get ready to top them with chocolate syrup, whipped cream, sprinkles, m&m's, and nuts. We’ll bring the bowls, spoons and napkins, and do all of the set up and clean up

Sundae Party (Deluxe)  -  $9.00 per serving

This is the best of the best! We'll bring freshly baked chocolate chip cookies and brownies. You choose 3 of your favorite flavors for us to scoop. Then your guests pick a cookie or brownie, we scoop the ice cream and they get to top their sundae with chocolate syrup, whipped cream, sprinkles, m&m's, and nuts. We bring the bowls, spoons and napkins, and do all of the set up and clean up!
