We cater all types of events – both corporate and personal: employee appreciation, corporate outings, tenant appreciation, weddings, graduation parties, and b’nai mitzvahs. Our typical events are for 50 to 500 people, but we have the ability to do much larger.
With our tents, carts, and ice cream trucks, we are a great option to bring to selling events like festivals, town celebrations, and school fundraisers.
We strive to make your event as seamless as possible. You choose the ice cream flavors and toppings, and we do the rest: we come, set up, serve, and cleanup. You don’t need to provide anything. We bring everything, including tables if necessary.
The duration of the event depends on the number of people and the event itself. Most events receive an hour of serving time. We can serve up to 200 people per hour with one station. We then add stations and serving time as necessary to meet your specific event needs.
Yes, we have a catering minimum. It is based on a dollar amount, not number of servings. Our catering minimum is $300 of product, plus staff/travel fee and applicable tax.
Our minimum event typically starts at around $375. This $375 figure equates to a ~50 person event. We are happy to cater to fewer people for the $300 minimum charge.
We cater throughout all of Boston, Massachusetts. With shops and commissaries in downtown Boston and the surrounding suburbs, we have the ability to travel anywhere in Massachusetts, with the exception of Cape Cod. If the cost of mileage is not a problem for you, it’s not a problem for us!
The cost of our events depends upon several factors including menu, number of guests, location and serving time. Each of our menu items is priced at $8.00 or less.
