People Power In Action!

If you’ve ever marched for something you believe in, then you know what a powerful experience it is. The crowds of like-minded people doing their part to make the world a little bit better, the sense of hope and determination, the clever signs with their passionate messages — it all comes together to create one inimitable experience for marchers and spectators alike.

We marched with hundreds of thousands of other concerned people in the People’s Climate March in Washington, DC, making our voices heard for swift action on climate change. The experience was like no other, and we left feeling uplifted at our nation’s ability to come together and make a statement for the issues we believe in. We got loud, we laughed, we yelled, we met new friends from all over the country, and we let our leaders know that climate change is a threat that they cannot ignore.

A big part of the power of the day was reading everyone’s amazing signs. They were funny and clever and poignant and we couldn’t get enough. These 15 were our absolute favorites.
