Florida's for-profit juvenile prisons are failing youth, and the results are heartbreaking. Juvenile offenders deserve education and rehabilitation, not incarceration. A recent Miami Herald investivation found that the state's for-profit juvenile prisons are hotbeds of violence and abuse with little effort put toward education and rehabilitation.
