Our Flavor Gurus spend a lot of time coming up with exciting new ice cream flavors. Legend has it that they dream in chunks and swirls, and wake each morning bursting with euphoric new ideas. A lot of their ideas turn into the Ben & Jerry’s flavors you find in pints and at your local Scoop Shops.

But some of them are just too wild, wacky, and impractical for us to make on a large scale. After all, there’s a pretty big difference between whipping up one batch of ice cream and making enough for people all over the country, or the world, to enjoy. So, what do we do with all these wonderfully weird and magical flavor ideas that don’t make it into the pint? For a long time, they lived only in the hearts and minds of our Flavor Gurus.

These Special Stash flavors are scarce by necessity, so if you are able to get your hands on them, hold on tight (and maybe think twice before sharing with your pals). These are the flavors that were just too good for us to deny to our most devoted fans. They were created for the pure love of ice cream, without a thought for the practicalities of making large batches of ice cream.

The first one to be available is Jimmy Fallon’s Marshmallow Moon, which you can find in pints at your local Scoop Shop and at our online store. Featuring vanilla ice cream, marshmallow and graham cracker swirls, and fudge chunks, Marshmallow Moon is a truly out-of-this-world experience. And the flavor supports Jimmy Fallon’s charity SeriousFun, which makes it all the sweeter.
