Triple Caramel Brownie Ice Cream Cupcakes

Ingredients

  • Brownies
  • Triple Caramel Chunk Ice Cream
  • Caramel Sauce
Directions
  1. Step 1

    Bake or prepare brownies – slice brownie squares in half (like a sandwich) and cut out 12 2” circles.

  2. Step 2

    Place one circle in the bottom of each cupcake liner.

  3. Step 3

    Drizzle a small amount of caramel sauce on top of each.

  4. Step 4

    Top each brownie with 1 scoop of ice cream* and smooth out.

  5. Step 5

    Top with another brownie and freeze 20 minutes or until hardened.

  6. Step 6

    Remove from freezer, top with whipped cream, caramel sauce, and chocolate sprinkles and enjoy!
