Let Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream Catering turn your next gathering into an ice cream extravaganza. We provide Ice Cream Catering services in North Carolina’s Piedmont Triad and Research Triangle region. From set-up to clean-up, we do it all so you can party on! It's like having your very own Ben & Jerry's scoop shop right at your own event. Choose from our euphoric ice cream and certified vegan non-dairy flavors, which can be served in cones or cups, sundaes, or pint parties. Let us know when, where, and how many, and we'll turn your next event into an ice cream party!


Our Scoop-Shop-To-Go Tent and Table Setup is included in the price of every catering booking!  In addition, we have ice cream trucks and novelty ice cream carts for hire in select locations.  Be sure to check out our Catering Frequently Asked Questions below!

All full-service caterings have a $600 catering minimum not including taxes and fees, and includes one hour of serving time. Our Scoop-Shop-To-Go Tent and Table Setup, an on-site scooper, cups, and utensils are all included in the quoted amount for full-service events.

Our Delicious Ice Cream social includes two scoops of your favorite flavor in a cup, with complimentary rainbow & chocolate sprinkles. Sweeten this package by adding waffle cones!

Hot Chocolate Party  -  $5.50 per serving

Enjoy some hot chocolate as the weather gets cooler. We have an array of tasty toppings and mouth watering brownies. Upgrade to our Ultimate Hot chocolate float by adding Ice Cream. Cold weather never felt so good!

Sundae Party  -  $7.50 per serving

A two-scoop sundae with a choice of hot fudge, caramel, and whipped cream PLUS a dry toppings bar including Oreos, Reeses, Sprinkles, M & M’s, and Peanuts. Sweeten this package by adding waffle cones or bowls!

Super Deluxe Sundae Party  -  $9.25 per serving

It's a Sundae party, but deeluxe! We’ll bring hot fudge, caramel, and whipped cream, a toppings bar, your choice of freshly baked brownies or cookies, & fresh fruit. Sweeten this package by adding waffle cones or bowls!
