Ben & Jerry’s Ice Cream Catering knows how to throw a party in eastern Washington!  We specialize in weddings, corporate events, and family gatherings.  We can bring an ice cream truck or table setup  to any event with 50 people or more, and can provide drop off catering for smaller events.  (Minimums and travel fees apply.)  Call one of our local catering experts at 509-455-8500 for help planning the party of the year!

It's like having your very own Ben & Jerry's scoop shop right at your own event. We usually have over 30 euphoric ice cream flavors, which can be served in cones or cups, sundaes or smoothies, ice cream bars or ice cream cakes. Our Cup or Cone Party is a crowd-pleasing way to make any event extra sweet.

Hosting outdoors? We’ll roll up with our Scoop Truck and 10 pre-selected fan-favorite flavors ready to serve.

Planning an indoor celebration? You’ll choose 4 of your favorite euphoric flavors for a perfect inside setup.

All parties include at least one hour of Super Scooper service, with service time based on your guest count. We handle everything — setup, scooping, and cleanup — so you can relax and enjoy the fun.

Cups and sugar cones are included, with the option to upgrade to waffle cones or bowls for an extra treat!

Hot Chocolate Party  -  $6.50 per serving

Kick things off with our ultra-decadent, fudgy Hot Chocolate, then mix it up with your favorite flavored syrups to craft your own custom masterpiece. Pile on the whipped cream and go wild with our fun specialty toppings.  Feeling festive? Try a peppermint hot chocolate topped with whipped cream and crushed candy canes. Craving something cozy? Go for a salted caramel hot chocolate with whipped cream and a drizzle of caramel sauce.

Want to take it over the top? Add cookies, brownies, or better yet - Ben & Jerry’s euphoric ice cream!  Cold days just got deliciously exciting!

Sundae Party  -  $8.50 per serving

Our Sundae Party is the ultimate way to wow your guests and let everyone create their dream dessert.

Hosting outdoors? We’ll roll up with our Scoop Truck and 10 pre-selected fan-favorite flavors, ready to scoop.

Planning an indoor celebration? You’ll choose 4 of your favorite Ben & Jerry’s ice creams, nondairy flavors, or sorbets for a perfectly curated inside setup.

Guests will build their own sundaes with gourmet chocolate sauce, caramel, whipped cream, and a selection of 5 delicious toppings — the fun is in the finishing touches!

All parties include at least one hour of Super Scooper service, with service time based on your guest count. We take care of everything — setup, scooping, and cleanup — so you can sit back and enjoy the smiles.

Guests will build their ultimate sundaes with gourmet chocolate sauce, caramel, whipped cream, and a variety of toppings — plus an indulgent upgrade of our delectable freshly baked chocolate fudge brownies and/or chocolate chip cookie to crown their creations.

All parties include at least one hour of Super Scooper service, with service time based on your guest count. We handle everything — setup, scooping, and cleanup — so you can relax and enjoy the celebration.

Guests will pick their flavors, and our Super Scoopers will serve them up in freshly baked waffle cones or waffle bowls — sweet, crispy, and irresistible.
