Ben & Jerry’s Ice Cream Catering knows how to throw a party in Spokane, Couer d Alene and surrounding eastern Washington  areas!  We specialize in weddings, corporate events, and family gatherings.  We can a bring an ice cream truck or table setup  to any event with 50 people or more, and can provide drop off catering for smaller events.  (Minimums and travel fees apply.)  Call one of our local catering experts at 509-455-8500 for help planning the party of the year!

Cup or Cone Party  -  $7.00 per serving

Perfect for gatherings big or small! 🍦

Our Cup or Cone Party is a crowd-pleasing way to make any event extra sweet.

Hosting outdoors? We’ll roll up with our Scoop Truck and 10 pre-selected fan-favorite flavors ready to serve.

Planning an indoor celebration? You’ll choose 4 of your favorite euphoric flavors for a perfect inside setup.

All parties include at least one hour of Super Scooper service, with service time based on your guest count. We handle everything — setup, scooping, and cleanup — so you can relax and enjoy the fun.

Cups and sugar cones are included, with the option to upgrade to waffle cones or bowls for an extra treat!

Deluxe Cup Party

Enjoy a Cup party with toppings! Choose 2 of the following 3 available toppings (Chocolate Sprinkles, Rainbow Sprinkles, Peanuts) with your choice of 3 flavors!

Pint Party

We bring your choice of hand packed or pre-packed pint flavors, toppings, cups & napkins... even a scoop!

Shakes and Smoothies Party

One or the other or some of each! Choose from our menu of spoonably thick drinkable frozen treats; we’ll blend them on the spot to your guests delight.

Sundae Party  -  $8.00 per serving

Step up your celebration with a Sundae Bar Party. We can bring our Scoop Truck will 10 pre-selected flavors for an outside setup. For an inside setup, YOU can select 4 of your favorite Ben & Jerry's ice creams, nondairy flavors or sorbets. Then your guests will top their sundaes selections with hot fudge, caramel, a selection of 5 toppings and whipped cream! We will scoop for a minimum of 1 hour or longer depending on the number of guests at your event. We’ll bring the bowls, spoons and napkins, set it up and take it away! Minimums do apply.

Sundae Party (Deluxe)  -  $9.00 per serving

Now really raise the roof! Make your party one to remember. We can bring our Scoop Truck with 10 pre-selected flavors for an outside setup. For an inside setup, you select 4 of your favorite Ben & Jerry's ice creams, nondairy flavors or sorbets. Your guests will then top their selections with hot fudge, caramel, whipped cream & other toppings, plus freshly-made chocolate fudge brownies OR bite size chocolate chip cookies to top off those sundae creations. We will scoop for a minimum of 1 hour. We’ll bring the bowls, spoons and napkins, set everything up and take it all away! Minimums do apply.

Waffle Cone Party  -  $9.00 per serving

We’ll scoop four or five of your favorite flavors of ice cream, frozen yogurt or sorbet into cups or waffle cones. We serve 6 oz. of ice cream (two significant scoops) The per serving price includes the ice cream, napkins, spoons, and service.
