Élevage (at the Epicurean Hotel)
With locally sourced beef, you can’t go wrong with Élevage’s daily burger preparations. Our burger had bay bleu cheese, mushroom marmalade, and lettuce grown right on the premises!
What you’re eating: Dry Aged Hamburger, dressed to the chef’s liking
In 2012, the Green Iguana won the Burger Showdown, so we figured we’d give this seasoned veteran a shot. Their burger selection did not disappoint, and the laid back atmosphere let us recover from our food coma in style.

With several locations in the Tampa Bay area, there’s no excuse not to check out this burger joint. The service is friendly and fast, and if you still have room after dinner, be sure to try their Nutella Peanut Butter Shake.

If you’re looking for a traditional burger that takes you back to the days of summer cookouts and chargrilled patties, look no further. El Cap keeps it classic and casual with a simple menu, letting you build a burger to your liking.
