It’s getting hot in here….
This week the Environmental Protection Agency is holding public hearings around the country to get your input on their proposed Clean Power Plan. The plan attempts to address the biggest source of harmful carbon pollution in the United States: power plants.
It was our co-founder Ben who said, “if it’s melted it’s ruined”, and that’s why we’re teaming up with the Climate Reality Project to convert our ice cream trucks into mobile action stations. We’ll be scooping lots of free Ben & Jerry’s ice cream to keep you cool and we’ll be encouraging you to take action to keep our planet cool.
We’ll be in Atlanta, Denver, Philadelphia, and Washington, DC next week. Come find us. Or just maybe we’ll find you!
