3 Vegan Dessert Recipes You Won’t Be Able to Get Enough Of

November 29, 2018

You’ve Heard the Good News, Right?

If you’re a lover of all things dairy-less and vegan, you’ve probably already heard our big, huge (enormous!) news: we’ve launched three new Non-Dairy flavors! That’s right, three new ways to enjoy all the chunks, swirls, and euphoria of Ben & Jerry’s — without the cow. The new crew includes: Caramel Almond Brittle, Coconut Seven Layer Bar, and — because you Non-Dairy fans asked so nicely — Cherry Garcia!

It’s okay if you want to do a little happy dance. We’ll wait.

And since new flavors really spark our creative side, we’ve been experimenting with turning these three new flavors into some amazing vegan desserts. After many grueling hours (okay, not that grueling) in the test lab, we think these three are the tastiest, most euphoric ways to make the most of these new flavors.

  1. Cherry Garcia, Acai, and Chia Smoothie Jar

Is it a snack? Is it dessert? Is it, dare we say, breakfast? That’s the beauty of a smoothie jar — it won’t be tethered to any one meal or time of day. It’s a wild card, a radical, a rebel. And with layers of cherries, chia pudding, and cherry acai smoothie, it’s perfect for fueling even your most rebellious days. Check out the recipe >>

  2. Vegan 7 Layer Bar Cupcakes with Coconut Frosting

It’s a bar turned frozen dessert turned cupcake! With versatility like that, this dessert acrobat is really going places. Like into your belly. These vegan delights start with a crunchy graham cracker base layer, then a tender vanilla cupcake with Coconut Seven Layer Bar’s copious chunks of fudge and walnuts, and finishes with a creamy swirl of coconut frosting.  Check out the recipe >>

  3. Vegan Caramel Almond Brittle Tart

What did the vegan say to the Caramel Almond Brittle Tart? “Almond love with you, man.” And you’ll be saying the same, because this is a true dessert masterpiece. From the crunchy crust to the creamy filling filled with almond brittle pieces to the scoop of Ben & Jerry’s Non-Dairy on top, this recipe is no joke. Check out the recipe >>
