Ben & Jerry’s VIP Experience

Looking for a way to take your love for Ben & Jerry's to the next level? We have just the thing! For the biggest fans, we offer the VIP Experience, an up close look at flavor creation, ice cream making, and the magical world of Ben & Jerry's at our factory in Waterbury, VT.

Here's a glimpse: Visit us at our factory in Waterbury, VT and check in at the ticket desk. From there we'll take you on your own tour of the manufacturing facility (just you and your party), where you’ll learn a bit about our company history and we’ll explain our manufacturing process.

At the end of the tour, we'll drop you off at the Flavor Lab, where where you’ll assist in the ice cream making process from start to finish. Slip on a tye-dyed lab coat (that you get to keep!) and mix, pour, stir, measure, and taste your way through the ice cream making process with an expert Flavor Guru as your guide. At the end, we'll give you a flash drive with photos of your whole Flavor Lab experience so you can show off to all your social media followers. Finally, enjoy a waffle cone with the flavor of your choice from our on-site Scoop Shop. Making ice cream is hard work, after all.

• A one-on-one factory tour, just your party and the guide
• A 45-minute session in the Flavor Lab with a Flavor Guru (includes tasting but not taking)
• A flash drive loaded with photos taken by our staff highlighting your time in the Flavor Lab
• A tie-dyed lab coat

• VIP Experiences are scheduled Tuesday through Saturday at 10:00 am and 2:00 pm
• Designed for age **10+ with maximum of 3 people at one time.  **Age 10-16 requires an adult participant.
• $225 per participant
