Illinois was the first state in the country to end money bail! Tell your legislators to continue to fight for pretrial justice by supporting expanding pre-trial success grants. By increasing access to health and human services for people awaiting trial in the community, expanding the Pretrial Success grant program will build on the progress made by ending money bail!
