Voting is more than an individual action. By being a voter, you stand up for democracy, take action for justice and dignity, and make real change. VOTE in this year’s midterm elections to make your voice heard for the people and policies that actually reflect your community’s needs.   • Are you registered to vote? If you are, you may need to update your registration if you’ve moved to a new city or state, changed your name, or changed political parties. And if you’re not registered, now’s the time! Check your registration status now and make your plan for the polls.

  • Mail-in voting is a safe and effective way to make sure your voice is heard on election day. Every state in the US allows mail-in voting in at least some circumstances. Some states mail a ballot to every registered voter, in some states anyone can request a mail-in ballot, and in some states you need a valid reason to request a mail-in ballot. Check your state’s mail-in and absentee voting policies now.
