Pucker Upper Overnight Oats Layered Smoothie
INGREDIENTS
Overnight Oats Layer:
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
Pucker Upper Layer:
- 1 pint Ben & Jerry’s Pucker Upper sorbet
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Total Time: Overnight + 15 minutes
Total Yield: 2 - 16 oz. smoothies

Place all ingredients for the overnight oats layer in a blender and blend for 15 seconds. Pour equally into two pint jars or glasses. Cover and chill overnight.

Place all ingredients for the Pucker Upper layer in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour equally over the oat layers and serve. Enjoy!
